You drive them. You repair them. Now we want to hear what you really think about today's school bus manufacturers.

School Bus Fleet is inviting school bus drivers and maintenance technicians to participate in two new industry surveys designed to benchmark experiences with today's leading school bus manufacturers. The surveys ask respondents to evaluate and compare key aspects of school bus performance, including driver visibility, comfort, technology, ride quality, serviceability, technical support, maintenance experience, and overall satisfaction.

Whether you're behind the wheel or working in the shop, your feedback will provide valuable insight into how major school bus OEMs perform in real-world fleet operations.

The surveys are sponsored by Blue Bird. For every completed survey, School Bus Fleet/BBM will contribute toward a $500 donation to the Hourglass Foundation, supporting the organization's mission to assist transportation professionals and their families experiencing financial adversity by funding scholarships for trade schools and community colleges.

Drivers and technicians with experience operating or servicing Type C or Type D school buses are encouraged to participate.

School Bus Drivers: Share Your Perspective

Drivers know better than anyone how a bus performs on daily routes. This survey explores topics such as visibility, ergonomics, technology, ride quality, and overall driver experience to better understand what matters most behind the wheel.

School Bus Technicians: Tell Us What Works in the Shop

Maintenance professionals play a critical role in keeping school buses safe and operational. This survey focuses on serviceability, diagnostics, repair time, technical support, training availability, and overall maintenance experience across major manufacturers.

Survey responses will be anonymous, reported in aggregate, and used to identify industry trends and perspectives from the professionals who know these vehicles best.
