Well today I picked up my 2001 International FE, my 1995 Wayne Ford blew 2 transmitions already this school year and they are puting it into spare service. So they gave me a 2001 International FE while I wait for my 2005 IC RE to come in! It is good to be back in a transit style but can't wait for my RE to come in. I tryed to get my supervisor to give me her 2005 IC RE while I wait but she would not go for that. Oh well, it should only be a month or so!
Thank you for the congrats. My Bus 2 years ago was a 1999 AmTran Internatiional FE and I have driven the 2001 International FE's a few times as spares they are all speced the same so it was not that exciting.
For some that may not know I drove a 2003 IC RE last year and over the summer they used it for training and it was totaled the person being trained and the trainer got out fine. I loved that bus and it is real sad they brought it back to the lot and it is still parked there so I see it everry day.
I am so excited for my 2005 IC RE to come in I love driving the RE's! I remember the day I was told I was going to get a 2005. I got to drive my supervisors 2005 IC RE for a day because we ran out of spares and when I went to return it to her I was talking it up a lot to her and she said they ordered one for me! I was so excited they speced them so much nicer then the 2003's I am so excited and can't wait for it to come in!
